Our Story
Our co-founder Avril's mother built a restaurant business over 28 years, reinvesting everything she earned back into the business with the hope of one day selling it and securing her retirement.
When it came time to exit, she discovered how little support existed for owners like her. There were no clear tools to understand what her business was worth, no transparent way to reach qualified buyers, and no guidance through a complex, unfamiliar process.
Without a clear path to succession, she was ultimately forced to close the business down.
